Well over 120 grants (including overhead costs).
UPDATE: Congress has already approved $70 billion dollars for the war in 2007. Looks like with the 'last big push' they will need another $127 -160 billion dollars.

This is probably terrible of me because I can't remember where I saw it (Newsweek - that most unbiased of all sources, perhaps?) but I see that the cost of the war is now being called into question. Apparently the amount spent doesn't add up - especially when compared to the profits several American companies have made "rebuilding" Iraq. Ends justifying the means?
