Hallelujah! - CALM

One of the most important pieces of legislation ever has been voted on by the House of Representatives. The "Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation Act" or CALM has passed the House on a voice vote. This act requires that TV advertisements be no louder than the programs during which they appear.
