Real name is not "Joe" but Addison Graves Wilson. Oddly enough, there is an Addison's disease, a Grave's disease and a Wilson's disease. Coincidence? I think not.
Southern patriot and military veteran "Joe" voted 11 times against health care for veterans and also voted against a combat bonus for troops.
Southern patriot "Joe" Wilson is a member of the "Sons of Confederate Veterans" which the Southern Poverty Law Center claims has been taken over by racial extremists.
"Joe" gets mucho dinero from health care organizations.

Classy SC Rep. Joe Wilson Calls Pres. Obama a Liar
I guess things really have gone downhill when a House Representative (Joe Wilson (R-SC) calls the President of the United States a liar during a joint session of Congress. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't recall anything like this ever happening in previous Presidential speeches at joint sessions of Congress.
Guess Who's "Uppity"?
Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA)says:
"What you're seeing is folks on my side anxious to see what the president has to say tomorrow night," Chambliss said. "I think he's gonna have to express some humility based on what we've seen around the country this August and that's not his inclination."Man, if there was ever a "cracker" in the Congress, Saxby is an awesome example. Maybe Massuh Chambliss wants Obama to enter Congress through the back doah too. Chambliss proves that you can go through life "fat, drunk and stupid" and end up as a US senator.
Steve Benen asks what if he doesn't show humility? All you Republicans going to vote no on health care reform?

Judd Gregg Then and Now
Republicans in control then:
Sen. Judd Gregg (R) of New Hampshire said the ANWR issue should be considered under reconciliation. "The point, of course, is this: If you have 51 votes for your position, you win," Gregg told his Senate colleagues on the floor.Democrats in control now:
"It does fundamental damage to the constitutional structure and the balance of power, where the Senate is a place of deliberation on matters of complexity," said Judd Gregg(Apologies to Steve Martin)
