Which foreign country would that be? England? I agree wholeheartedly, but I think it has nothing to do with W and everything to do with our government being ran by rich, white, men from privileged families; corporations being allowed to step all over laws and people in order to make profits; and everything from what religion you practice to how you throw your garbage away being reasons to polarize from one another.
