Ethanol Based Fuel

What do cows, biogas digesters and ethanol distillation plants have to do with each other? Go to E3 Biofuels and find out. Can ethanol be produced using only 3% input of fossil fuels? Of course it does take fuel to feed the cows but you also get dairy and meat out of the system.
