Ice on Mars



It appears that the Mars lander Phoenix may have landed on a patch of ice blown clear of soil by the descent thrusters. Where there is ice there could well be life. Very exciting.

Yeah! Well that looks a lot like a place I was camping in New Mexico. How do we really know it's not just a Hollywood production?
