Get Your Neighbors to Help - Government Can't
Sen. Conrad tells the woman he will help her and that government cannot help and that government is not the answer. Is Sen. Conrad going to personally give this woman money to help with health care problems or is he going to refer her to some government program?

Where's that famous Republican mantra. "Lady, pick your self up by your bootstraps." She must be lazy and wanting to have gotten' herself in such a bad place.
