The above ad was paid for by the "National Organization for Marriage". This is an organization that provides scientific reasons for why marriage (between a man and a women)matters.
Marriage reduces the risk of poverty for children and communities. I agree. So allowing any two people who love each other to marry reduces the risk of poverty.
Both men and women who marry live longer, healthier and happier lives. So if two people who love each other get married they will also live longer, healthier and happier lives.
Just living together is not the same as marriage. Again, I agree. Two people who love each other should be encouraged to get married.
So how exactly does same sex marriage endanger marriage?
“How will my same-sex marriage hurt your marriage?” Well, allowing same sex marriage will "force everyone to dramatically and permanently alter our definition of marriage." Wow! That is really dangerous and scary.
“Is polygamy next?” Hell yes. Just listen to what this dangerous gay guy has to say: I think it’s possible to love more than one person and have more than one partner. . . . In our case, it is. We have an open marriage See, married men and women never cheat or have "open marriages".
“What will public school teach?” Heather and her two Mommies will become standard kindergarten fare. Complete BS, but so what if it is true. Is there something wrong with teaching tolerance?

Absolutely there's something wrong with taching tolerance...the more tolerant people we have, the fewer Republicans and Conservatives there will be. Can't have that now, can we?
