Bear Stearns, IndyMac, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Lehman Brothers have now all gone under. Now the Republicans need to figure out how to blame this on Sen. Obama or the Democratic Party.
On another note, Donald Luskin, economic advisor to John McCain, writes in yesterdays Washington Post that the economy is just fine thank you. And for any misconception you may have that the economy is not great.....guess who is a fault???? Barack Obama of course!

There's plenty of blame to go around. Let's not forget that the massive deregulation of the investment and banking sectors was passed by the GOP Congress in the mid-90s and signed by a certain DEMOCRATIC President Clinton. All the more reason to vote Nader.
Brian must be listening to Rush today for that stupid comment, playing the blame game.
When ever I need to laugh out loud I will listen to Rush, or Hannity, or Savage to hear amazingly doltish propaganda.
Today Rush was going on about how all of the financial meltdown and mortgage crisis has been caused by every liberal back to F.D.R., but especially by the Democratic Liberals who run congress today.
What is astounding is that I had my favorite Adirondack rednecks over Saturday night and its becoming clear to me that there are people who really believe this crap.
Its mentally disturbing to me, when someone argues with you the Mr. Putin and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are no match for a 'Hockey mom in Lipstick'.
