Yep, Obama is really tearing the Constitution apart. G.W. ( “Stop throwing the Constitution in my face. It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!”

Bush, November, 2005) Bush had no problem holding people without trial, suspending Habeas corpus, claiming laws don't apply to the war President, saying the VP isn't part of the executive, using illegal wiretaps, spying on Americans, claiming executive privilege for anything under the sun, ignoring Congressional subpoenas etc. And Obama is shredding the Constitution. These people are seriously deluded.
